Integrations Consultant
JOB DESCRIPTION
As an Integrations consultant, you will work closely with customers to lead the integrations work stream of a project,and will estimate, gather requirements,document designs, implement, deploy and support integrations. You'll help build strong relationships with our customers and key stakeholders to understand and document requirements, developing an integration that replicates our clients exact needs.

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- The ability to quickly build relationships with our clients and across our networked organisation, being able to gain immediate credibility and adapting your style to suityour audience
- Conduct discovery sessions with client to determine requirements
- The ability to listen to requirements and provide imaginative solutions to challenges
- Design, build, review, and refactor integrations in Workday
- Create and maintain quality documentation and records
- Comprehensive knowledge of Workday Integration Cloud architecture, e.g. EIBs, Core Connectors, APIs, Workday Studio
- Build complex integrations using Connectors, Workday Studio, Document Transformations ("DT") and other integration design methodologies
- Build Payroll Interfaces using PECI and PICOF templates.
- Integration design and testing concepts and integration frameworks (e.g.,middleware, transformation logic), data conversion concepts and impacts on business processes (such as Workday iLoads or bulk data loading).
- Effectively transfer knowledge and manage the customer relationship
- Test any changes to the Workday system; confirm with all necessary stake holders that all requirements are met
- Build reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite, BIRT) and incorporate into dashboards.
- Be comfortable using Community to troubleshoot and stay abreast of developments
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, especially with virtual geographically diverse teams
- A sense of pride in delivering high quality work as a trusted advisor to our clients
- Experience in leading teams, being able to identify and resolve or escalate issues as required and a passion to invest in others, helping them develop in their careers as part of our team.
- Position will be hybrid with 40% head office attendance (Derry, N.Ireland)
